Identity & Professional Data: Name, job title, company name (MFI), email address, phone number, and country of operation.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies for basic website analytics.
We use your data solely to: keep you updated on our product development and launch; respond to inquiries, demo requests, or waitlist sign-ups; and improve our landing page user experience.
Important note for the future: Once our B2B SaaS launches, our platform will process end-client data (including personal, financial, and credit assessment data) strictly as a Data Processor on behalf of our MFI clients, subject to strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and local West African regulations.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties. We implement standard security measures to protect your contact information from unauthorized access.
We commit to safeguarding personal data in accordance with the ECOWAS Supplementary Act on Personal Data Protection (2010) and applicable national data protection laws in West African jurisdictions (e.g., CDP in Senegal, ARTCI in Ivory Coast).
